Why do business in Nailsea?

Nailsea is a thriving country town which nestles in beautiful North Somerset countryside, minutes from both the Bristol Channel and the Mendip Hills. Only, eight miles to the south of Bristol, Nailsea has good links to the M5, M4, Bristol Airport and to the other towns and villages in North Somerset.

As a result of its location, plus its proximity to Bristol, the town has become a desirable place to live, work and shop. Today the combined population of Nailsea and nearby Backwell is approaching 23,000.  The towns of Clevedon and Portishead and villages of Yatton, Wrington and Congresbury are also within easy reach.  This means that over 70,000 people live within a 15 minute drive of Nailsea.

Nailsea is a popular place to shop, drawing shoppers from all over North Somerset. Nailsea's pleasant shopping centre is one of the best in the district with a good range of shops and plenty of free car parking.  Nailsea is also a great place to live. We have excellent primary and secondary schools, achieving outstanding results.  We have a well educated population, which provides an excellent talent pool for recruitment.  There lots of good pubs and restaurants, as well as things to do, in and around the town.

The town has several thriving industrial estates with a wide range of businesses.  Nailsea also has a wide range of home based businesses, providing a huge range of services to local businesses.  With a  thriving business community, excellent links to Bristol and the West generally, Nailsea is a good place to do business....  Click here for More
